HUSA Tech JSC is a pioneering HR-Tech / AI SaaS startup in Vietnam.
Its mission is to redefine recruitment, learning, and development through AI-powered platforms such as:

  • AI Scoring & Assessment Platform (Next.js)
  • AI Job Board & Recruitment System (Laravel)
  • AI Onboarding / Mentor / Adaptive English Learning (R&D stage)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical direction for core AI-powered SaaS products (Next.js + Laravel).
  • Design and implement a microservices architecture that ensures scalability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor and guide developers; perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Deploy AI-assisted development workflows (auto-code, testing, documentation).
  • Research and integrate AI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Claude, etc.
  • Partner directly with the Founder to define product architecture and long-term tech vision.
Job Requirements:

- Mandatory

  • ≥ 5 years of experience in Fullstack Development (Next.js + Laravel).
  • Proven knowledge of Microservices, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, and security optimization.
  • Practical experience integrating AI or ML tools into live products.
  • Strong mentorship, code review, and system-design capability.

- Preferred:

  • Experience with Flutter / Mobile Development.
  • Good English reading & communication skills.
  • Startup / product-driven mindset; passion for AI & data-driven development.

  • Proactive, practical, and hands-on (“get things done” mindset).
  • Systematic but flexible - comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
  • Passionate about building AI-made-in-Vietnam products for global markets.
