Job Overview And Responsibility
Design and development of backend architecture (including databases, storage, etc.) using Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.
Design and development of frontend (web) using React.
Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability.
Conduct root cause analysis, debugging, and testing to ensure code and system quality.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of combined experience in backend and frontend development or equivalent experience Proficiency in developing web applications using
Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL
Familiarity with developing backend applications and batch processing in cloud and distributed computing environments
Have proven experience working with AWS
Strong understanding of code and system quality, root cause analysis, debugging, and testing
Proficiency in React Passion for content and service development
Ability to quickly implement business requirements and design/develop backend and web applications
Fluent English proficiency

Interviewing Process
1 round (online live coding) with CTO
Note:
- Candidates will work in Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)
- Candidate will work fully remote in Vietnam, supervised by an American engineer in Korea.
- Candidate will only work in English.
- Candidates will sign with RIDI on an independent contractor basis, and the candidate will declare their own tax.
- The interview with the CTO will contain a live coding session. The interview will last around 1 hour.
- Candidates who have a high chance of passing the interview if the candidate can thoroughly understand Leet code and can solve medium and complex questions. Candidate will be asked questions regarding some algorithm
Ideal Candidate:
- Only local Vietnamese.
- Strong experience with the mentioned tech stack is a must.
- NO JOB HOPPING: candidates should have a long tenure at one company (at least 2 years at each company)
- High fluency in English (no local accent)
- Candidates who came from top universities is a big plus
- Candidate must have a background in global product companies.
- Proven history of high level of productivity while working remotely.
- Candidate who has both strong experience in Backend and Frontend.
