I. Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant with a strong ambition to achieve results in
the B2B sales journey and join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling ERP and SaaS solutions to enterprise
clients.
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a primary focus on new
client acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and
success in leveraging 1Office solutions for enterprise operations.
● Conduct research, prospecting, calls, emails, and meetings to validate client needs
and propose suitable solutions.
● Deliver presentations, demos, showcases, and PoCs to persuade and
demonstrate solution value.
● Manage end-to-end sales activities: negotiations, contract agreements, and
related administrative tasks.
● Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth solution
deployment and client success.
● Drive post-sales revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
● Gain in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and challenges across
assigned industries.
● Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
II. Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the software industry.
● Strong orientation towards SaaS solution sales.
● Solid understanding of project-based sales processes or previous
experience consulting SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong results-driven mindset.
● Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
● Experience with CRM software; previous experience selling SaaS/ERP solutions is
an advantage.

● Total income: 20M – 60M VND/month
