Mô tả công việc

Industry:  Smart Home / Electrical Devices / Building Technology
Salary: 20–30 M VND + allowances + commission + KPI bonus (≈ 96 M VND/year)
Reports to:  Retail Director
Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell smart home systems (lighting, security, curtains, A/C control, etc.) to end-users and project clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, investors, and design consultants.
  • Follow contracts through installation, acceptance, and payment.
  • Collect market feedback, analyze competitors, and propose business strategies.
  • Support marketing with materials, promotions, and exhibitions.
Skills & Experience:
  • ≥ 3 years in premium-segment sales (SmartHome, interior, sanitary, lighting).
  • Strong B2C/B2B relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of smart-home technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD.
  • Open to travel; adaptable.
