Mô tả công việc

Industry: Medical Devices / In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
Level: Junior (1–3 YOE) to Middle (3–5 YOE)
Reports to: General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:

  • Manage GM’s calendar, meetings, and travel (local & international).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems.

- Business Operations:

  • Liaise with local authorities, partners, and clients.
  • Support market research, data collection, and business development.
  • Assist with logistics for product registration, shipment, and compliance.

- Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a bridge between Vietnam office and HQ (China).
  • Ensure effective coordination with HR, Finance, and other departments.

- Travel Coordination:

  • Prepare logistics for business trips; accompany GM to China 1–2 times per year.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Business, International Trade, or related.
  • 2+ years as an executive assistant or office coordinator.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (mandatory).
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.
