Mô tả công việc

Industry: Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Engineering Data Management
Level: Senior (5–10 years)
Reports to: Finance Manager (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Material Master Data — creation, updates, and maintenance in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through audits and cleansing.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to validate and align data requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement process improvements.
  • Generate analytical reports to support business operations and decisions.
  • Maintain and develop SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Train and support end-users on ERP data management and governance practices.
  • Stay updated with global data management trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in material master data management within manufacturing or supply chain.
  • ERP proficiency (SAP or Oracle preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a global organization.
  • Familiar with data governance frameworks.
