Mô tả công việc

Industry: Hospitality / Co-working & Hostel Operations
Salary: 8–12 million VND/month + Commission (negotiable)
Reports to: Hiring Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage daily front desk and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Handle guest feedback and conflict resolution.
  • Organize member gatherings for co-working spaces.
  • Support administrative duties (mail, bookings, reports).
  • Collaborate with Finance for OTA reconciliation and reporting.
  • Cross-train in other departments (housekeeping, laundry, etc.).
  • Support onboarding/training for new staff.
Skills & Experience:
  • Fluent English (Mandarin/Japanese is an advantage).
  • 2 years of leadership or customer service experience.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Experience managing teams or achieving sales targets.
