Our client is the No.1 decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Cardano blockchain. They are a young and dynamic team of around 20 members with an office in Hanoi. Since their mainnet launch in March 2022, the company has grown rapidly and achieved:

- They successfully launched V2 in 2024 and have even more ambitious plans for 2025. To support their expansion, they are now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, monitor, upgrade and continuously improve a robust, performant and scalable infrastructure to run the company's apps.
- Build a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to notify the engineering team of issues as soon as possible, investigate the issues and fix them if possible.
- Cultivate a culture of DevSecOps and good DX for the engineering team, improve development velocity and CI/CD pipelines. Help and train the engineering team with daily infrastructure issues.
- Keep up-to-date with latest news and developments in the relevant fields, experiment with new tech when suitable.
- Keep watch and improve team-wide security practices and mindset. Defend DDoS.
- Optimize server and cloud costs.
Required skills and experiences
- 3+ years of professional experience in modern infrastructure for high-traffic applications.
- Deep understanding of Linux and networking stack.
- Proficient in containerization and Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of backend development and architecture.
- Good at least one backend language (Java, Go, etc.).
- Skilled in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience in operating and monitoring databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.).
- Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
- Ability to communicate and work in English.
- Bonus: Experience with bare metal servers, DDoS defense, or working with EKS and Karpenter.

- Experience in financial or blockchain products
- Leadership and passion to improve the tech and security standard of the whole company.
- Good at problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
